SilCoat CS590 is a Silicone-Acrylic-based water-soluble product. The CS590 polish is odorless and petroleum solvent-free that has a suitable bonding to different structural surfaces. This product develops hydrophobic, dustproof, and waterproof properties by making a thin layer and penetration inside the substrate as well as retaining the surface breathing and developing a relative gloss. This product can be diluted with water up to 50% depending on the area it has to cover.
This product meets the requirements of National Standard No. 18330-2. Also, this product meets the requirements of grade IP and MC of the EN 1504-2 Standard.

The instruction to use the facade breathing polish:
- Surface preparation: the desired surface must be cleaned from contaminations like dust, oil, weak particles, yeast, and other contaminations.
- Implementation: This product can be implemented by spray, roller, or brush. A coating layer of SilCoat CS590 is usually enough to protect the surface therefore, it is necessary to prevent the accumulation of materials on the surface. This product must not be implemented if the temperature of the bottom surface is below 5˚C or over 40˚C or if there is the possibility of rainfall or harsh wind in the next 8 hours. Let the surface dry in case of rainfall or washing and then implement the product operations. The amount of use of this product directly depends on the porosity of the surface. The amount of using the product for 1 square meter is 200 to 250 grams.
- Performance: It is necessary to let the product dry for 1 to 3 weeks to fully evaluate its performance.
