Waterproofing Sealer for Porous Substrate (TonProof)
TonProof is a polymer emulsion that is used to waterproof porous surfaces. This product has high bonding to surfaces and seals the pores by penetrating them on the surface. TonProof is a milky liquid that is dried after applying on the surface and becomes colorless and shiny by losing its water.
This product is produced based on Class A and Type 1 of the ASTM 1315, and Type1, Class A, and Class B of the ASTM C309 Standards.
The amount of use: Each 1 Liter of this product covers 25 to 30 square meters of area.
Implementation: The desired surface must be cleaned and washed from all contaminations. Oil contaminations and mineral contaminations must be washed with suitable detergent and waterjet respectively. Then let dry for 24 hours. Next, the TonProof must be rubbed on the substrate by a brush or roller in a way that fully wets the substrate. It should be noted that the temperature must not be lower than 5˚C while working. In mild weather, this product will fully dry within 24 hours.
