Bonding Agent / Admixture for Concrete and Mortar (CapcoBond MO40)

CapcoBond MO40 is a water-based polymer that is used as a bond as well as to improve concrete and mortar sealing. The CapcoBond MO40 is a resin and disperses in the water therefore, can increase the bonding between concrete components.

This product is produced based on the Iran National Standard No. 19224. Also, this product meets the requirements of the ASTM C1059 Standard.

The instructions to use the bond in the concrete and mortar:

To increase the bonding of the concrete, mortar, and the tile adhesive: add 10% by weight of the cement to the mortar mix. Also, 5% to 10% by weight of the powder can be added to the tile adhesive powder to increase the bonding and sealing.
To improve the sealing of the mortar and concrete: add 1% to 3% by weight of the cement to the mortar or concrete.
As a cure: This product is used to protect the repair mortar from evaporation and losing water. However, other curing methods are required in very hot and dry environments. To cure the concrete, a liter of this product should cover 4 to 5 m2.
As a color primer and tile adhesive: The desired base surface should be covered with this product which is diluted with 1:3 proportions to fill the pores.

Safety Precautions When using the product:

• Blink in water for at least 15 minutes in case of eye contact
• Wash your skin with clean water for 15 minutes in case of any contact with the skin.
• The contaminated clothes must be washed with suitable detergents to be usable for further work.
